HOW IT WORKS:
1. You simply order the tests you need from this site.
2. You are emailed a requisition form.
3. Find the Lab Site nearest you through the Locator.
4. Visit your LabCorp site to have your blood or urine collected.
5. Get your results by email!

Medica Health LLC and MedLabTest.com does not directly or indirectly, take any blood sample. You are referred to an outside site for all services. We do not interpret lab results or receive the lab report which results from the blood test.  The test results are subject to the same privacy and release restrictions that HIPAA places on all medical records. Patients should be aware that test results will not automatically be forwarded to your physician or become a part of office medical records unless you make a specific request. Clients may request the laboratory to release information to their physician, if they desire.
